「Ponpokorin」
Once upon a time, there was a Shigarakiyaki shop called 'Ponpokorin' which
is famous as racoon statue.
Tomekichi who is the owner of 'Ponpokorin', was an expert on Shigarakiyaki.
Every autumn, school students came there for school trip and Tomekichi taught them how to make chawan.
They made their own chawan in their own way and take them home as a souvenir. Tomekichi's wife, Ume and his daughter, Sakura was working at the suvenir shop which is located in the entrance.
After the students make chawan, they come to the suvenir shop to buy Tomekichi's handmade toys or crockeries.
